The 74 Formula(30,000 original miles), 02 CETA(3,400 miles), 78 T/A and my 81(39,000 miles) are ONE owner cars still to this day.

Was this the first Show you guys put on? Or is this a new Cruise that just started?

Rick, this is one that started it all. In 2003, we had a cruise in, then the next year it became a show. Tom Smith called me and said lets have an All Firebird Cruise In. We were trying to get local Firebird owners together and hang out because we didn't see many Birds at car shows. Tom and I passed out flyers etc for only 3 weeks and 35 Firebirds showed up.... not a bad turnout.

Great turn out. Now it's become the Show that other Shows use as the Standard.

Actually, I must correct myself. It was a show. I guess I was calling it a cruise in because it was a very informal get together... not like the show it has become. But we did have did cruise to a local BBQ joint.
