Yenko Pontiac Trans Am

I saw this post on another Firebird Message Board and decided to share it here. I have never heard about a Yenko Trans Am. Apparently there was only one ever built. And the fact that it was created with a rare 1975 Trans Am is even more unique.

This one of a kind Trans Am is for sale on eBay and it has not met the reserve.

As of this time the bid was up to $70,000.

I would had thought that Yenko would have modified the Pontiac 400 or 455 in the car. I did not realize that this was a Chevy Bow Tie transplant of a 427 L-88. This modification makes for an interesting Chevrolet Trans Am.
