I am going Rick. I made reservations for the hotel for Thursday night just in case but I will most likely go up Friday. Hopefully we can get some PVFA members together for a Friday cruise too. Let me know what time you are planning, maybe we can get together at the rest stop again. I am hoping Harry and John A will join us too. I have not had a chance to cruise with them yet,

Each individual reservation has a 3 Day Cancellation Policy, so you can book now and if your plans change any time up to three days before your reservation, you can cancel with no penalty. The Cut off Date to book your room and get the Firebird Show Rate is June 1, 2012. You must book by June 1, 2012 to get the Firebird Show rate. Any bookings after June 1, 2012 may be accepted if rooms are still available but the Firebird Show Rate will not be honored. ** Friday July 6, 2012 at 5pm, the All Firebird Cruise leaves SPA State Park with Police Escort to Saratoga PBA Grove and Hall. $10 donation includes Cruise with Police Escort and private projector showing of Smokey and the Bandit. Crazy Herb's BBQ will attend with his complete al-a-carte menu and FNONA will hold a 50-50 raffle. When everyone orders whatever food, beverage, and snacks they want from Crazy Herb, we will show Smokey and the Bandit inside the air conditioned Banquet Room and project the movie onto an entire large white wall! Included in the entries will our 1999 WS6 Formula LS1 factory original Ram Air Firebird with just 13,000 miles on the clock. 1 of 175 made, this WS6 Formula has factory 1LE suspension, 12 CD Stacker in the rear, 1 brand new spare WS6 Wheel and Goodyear tire never on the ground, SLP High Flow stainless steel Y-pipe never on the car, all factory original OEM parts plus High Flow intake lid, 80 mm SLP MAF Intake, etc, etc. All Factory paper work including letter from Joe Roberts, GM Firebird Brand Manager stating how limited this car is, Factory Sales brochure, copy of Factory Certificate or Origination, Original Window Sticker, etc. This Firebird is a 2 times National winner in class at the Pontiac Nationals in Ohio and multiple winner at numerous POCI and regional shows. Also included will be our 1970 RedBird Formula 400 with numbers matching YS400 block, Turbo400 Transmission, and 12 bolt Posi-Traction rear end. The Pontiac 400 c.i. engine has been all redone, the Turbo 400 transmission has been rebuilt including all new seals, rings, torque convertor, shift kit, … with warranty. The 12 bolt rear has been completely rebuilt with a brand new Eaton Posi-traction rear with 3:07 rear gear. All new custom bent exhaust system from factory headers back including 2.5 inch exhaust pipes plus 2.5 inch intake / 2.5 inch exhaust Cherry Bomb Glass Pack mufflers with Stainless Steel Formula tips. As you may have seen, this car was taken apart from firewall forward with complete rebuild of engine and drive train to include a RamAir-IV cam, all new engine internals including pistons, rings, etc. Compression was maintained at 9.9:1 to enable use of non-racing fuel. Valve seats were machined and hardened to enable use of non-leaded fuel. All new 4-core radiator, brake lines, fuel lines, transmission lines, master cylinder, brake booster, water pump, fuel pump, alternator, etc, etc. This car is a multiple winner including a Class Win at the Hemmings Musclepalooza show taking a win in the All GM class against all of the GTOs, 442s, etc. All the trophies, show board, documentation, PHS documentation, etc go with the car.
